Insurance : Payments will be due May 15th and August 15th. We will have the total amount due closer to May but the May15th payment will be $270 with the August Payment to be determined.

Southbrook Condominium Association is located at 2200 West Dickerson Street, Bozeman, Montana. The Association has private streets and is very quiet even though it is close to Montana State University, University Square Shopping Center and other amenities of Bozeman.
Well known and highly respected Bozeman contractor, Ken LeClair, built Southbrook over a period of 6 years during 1984-1990.
There are 88 individual units which vary from 1 bedroom, 1 bath to 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a bonus room. The numerous mature aspen, maple, fir, spruce, pine, and crabapple trees on the property give it the feeling of living in a park.
