Insurance : The total amount due is $557 for the 2026-2027 policy. A payment of $270 was due May 15th and a payment of $287 will be due August 15th.

Southbrook Condominium Association is located at 2200 West Dickerson Street, Bozeman, Montana. The Association has private streets and is very quiet even though it is close to Montana State University, University Square Shopping Center and other amenities of Bozeman.
Well known and highly respected Bozeman contractor, Ken LeClair, built Southbrook over a period of 6 years during 1984-1990.
