FAQ

Financial and Logistical Information:

Monthly Dues:

The monthly dues for Southbrook are $200 per month ($250 starting 6.1.25).

They are due on the 1st of every month and are considered delinquent on the 16th of the month. The late charge is $25 for the first month and $25 for every month after that until paid.

New owners are expected to pay the first month's dues and a New Owner deposit of $200 ($250 starting 6.1.25), which is refundable at the time one sells their unit.

The monthly dues provide for the following services:

All building maintenance, grounds maintenance, road maintenance, city water and sewer, Property Manager and Resident Manager stipends, and other miscellaneous services or costs.

Send your dues to:

Southbrook Condos, 2200 W. Dickerson #83, Bozeman, MT 59718 or place your check in the secure lock box located on the east wall of unit #84 in Southbrook.

An envelope is not necessary if you use the lock box. Please make the check out to Southbrook Condo Association.

Many owners take advantage of the bill-pay service of their banks which eliminates the need to send a personal check each month. We are unable to accommodate direct deposits.


Garbage and Utilities:

To arrange for trash pickup call the City of Bozeman at 582-2300 or Allied Waste Service at 586-0606. Northwestern Energy supplies all the electricity and natural gas in the Bozeman area. You can reach them at 888-467-2669.

Insurance:

Each owner is responsible for insuring their own unit. 

Southbrook contracts with HUB International for a Commercial Insurance Policy which covers the buildings, grounds and liability issues.

The cost of the policy for May, 2023 to May, 2024 is $39,712.64 which equals $451.28  per year per owner.
